Pei Wei

Darla turned me on to a new restaurant this weekend. It is a "Fast Casual" version of PF Chang's China Bistro and is owned by PF Chang's. The name is Pei Wei. They serve Lettuce Wraps, soups, salads as well as the entrees of Sweet and Sour Pork, Kung Pao chicken, Lemon Shrimp, etc. I see they have restaurants in Austin (4) and Dallas (28) as well as Houston (8). Darryl, perhaps you should order their Party Platters and just have the rehearsal dinner at your house. I was amazed at how good it was and we got out of there for $24. Now, go get you some, ya'll.
